I tested a bottle of the Scotch Ale tonight, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't dissapointed. It turned out GREAT tasting, however it isn't ready to serve yet. It needs at least another week in the bottle to finish carbonating. The flavor right now is really nice, and I think this will be a wonderful brew, given some more time. Which means that I'm not taking any to the 'Sphere this year. (I even had special labels ready to go, click the image for a bigger version).

Oh well, at least I have plenty of time to plan for LS06.
