Richard Schwartz explaining what a Wiki isThis was the surprise hit so far. They had us in one of the smaller rooms, which ended up filling up pretty quick. I'm not sure if they had to open an overflow room or not.

Richard Schwartz and Declan Lynch did an awesome job on this one. With Richard, that was to be expected, but this was Declan's first time speaking in front of a large crowd, and he did a great job. He even managed to nicely handle some technical glitches and smoothly move on. I finally learned what a Wiki is (yes, I admit it, I don't know everything); and I'm pretty excited by the whole thing. Richard talked at length about "Social Software", and the major impact it is beginning to have on everyday communications. If they do this session next year, I definitely recommend it.
