1 - Just needs one more element, ability to add links to the export, either a web link or a Notes link. Then the export will be perfect.

4 - That's not so hard, just do an Export as "Lotus 1-2-3" and name the file with an .xls extension. Bingo! (unless of course you have a newer version of Excel that does not know how to convert 1-2-3 files.)
