1 - Is that a convenience store inside a McDonald's?

We actually have stuff like that around here all the time. At interstate exits, there's often co-branding of a single building for both a gas station and a fast food place.

Seeing the Wendy's banner on a gas station is more common.

2 - Yes, there is a convenience store there, but it has a different set of exterior windows and signage.

I'd be willing to bet that McDonald's corporate is unaware of the Budweiser ads on the McDonald's facing part of the building. My guess they would put a stop to it.

I'm not complaining about the ads; I just thought they were a little odd and out of place, sort of like finding a condom machine in a church men's room.
